How We Work

Careful surface preparation is essential to achieving a high-quality finish. Before coating, we clean workpieces to remove dirt and other contaminants. If a workpiece is rusty or an existing coating needs to be removed, additional surface preparation, such as abrasive blasting, may be required before powder coating.

Using modern powder-coating equipment, we apply the selected powder electrostatically to achieve the required colour, texture and coating properties.

The coating is then cured in an oven at a controlled temperature. This process produces a uniform, attractive and durable finish.

What Types of Workpieces Do We Handle?

Our technical capacity:

• Maximum workpiece dimensions: 4,000 × 1,600 × 1,000 mm
• Maximum workpiece weight: 200 kg

Within these limits, we coat a wide range of products, including metal structures, components, machinery parts, hollow-section steel profiles and other metal products.

What to Consider Before Coating

For a high-quality result, workpieces must arrive in a suitable condition. The surfaces to be coated should:

• be free from oil, grease, silicone and other contaminants;
• be free from mechanical damage wherever possible;
• have the necessary technological holes for suspension during processing;
• be able to withstand curing temperatures of approximately 150–200 °C.

For welded structures, the design is also important. It must allow liquids used during pretreatment to drain away during the drying process.
